- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Products damaged due to misuse or wear and tear are not eligible for refunds.

- Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
- If approved, you’ll receive a confirmation and instructions for returning the item (if required).
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
❌ Non-Refundable Items
- Digital downloads or items marked as Final Sale
- Shipping fees (unless the item was damaged or incorrect)
